How the Capstone Healthcare Services Telemedicine Program Works

The process is to access a physician is very and straight forward:

Step 1:  Contact Us. Simply log into your personalized Telehealth account using your assigned ID number, or call us to request a phone or online video consultation with one of our highly experienced Telemedicine doctors.

Step 2:  Discuss Your Situation with a Care Coordinator.  These experienced, compassionate professionals will obtain a short medical history, ask questions, listen to your health concerns, and ensure you are assigned to the most appropriate tele-physician.

Step 3: Consult with a Telemedicine Doctor. After the Care Coordinator evaluates your unique situation, you will be contacted on average within 30 minutes by a U.S. based, state licensed, board-certified doctor or pediatrician.  The Telemedicine doctor will review the medical history information you have provided, listen to your concerns, and ask health-related questions. It’s just like an in-person doctor visit except it’s faster, more convenient, and costs much less!

Step 4: Resolve Your Health Concern. After speaking with you and discuss your health concerns, the Telemedicine physician will recommend the appropriate treatment to address your medical issue. In situations where a prescription is necessary, subject to the rules of your state, a prescription can be sent to the local pharmacy of your choice.
