Telephone-Based Counseling
The Capstone Health Network program includes convenient, confidential, unlimited 30 minute counseling sessions with highly trained, caring counselors by phone at no additional cost. As a Member you and your family have access to:
- 24/7/365 availability to Master’s level counselors
- No co-pays, deductibles, or out of pocket costs for our Members
- Comprehensive problem assessment and resolution
- Every session will be with the original counselor you speak with
- Talk with a counselor from home or any location at a time that’s convenient for you
- Custom referrals (if needed) to qualified, local resources
Most people experience significant challenges or personal or family distress at some point in their lives. Accordingly, everyone can benefit from this program feature regardless of their financial resources, occupation, or personal situation. Counseling by phone (Telephonic Counseling) is a convenient first step in getting the support many people need. Capstone Health Network Members can benefit from Telephone-Based Counseling for such reasons as:

How the Program Works
After you sign up and become a Capstone Health Network Member you will receive instructions about how to use this service including a toll-free number you can call any time day or night every day of the year. The provided counselor will:
- Work with the Member to identify specific issues and take the next steps to address them
- Help by taking the guess work out of who to see in the event a Member needs additional services above and beyond speaking to one of the counselors
- Assist with identifying specialty providers or services that would be the most appropriate for the Member to access
- Facilitate any needed appointment setting and follow up services
