Billing, Cancellation, and Renewal Policies

Cancellation Policy

• Monthly Memberships: When you sign up to become a Capstone Healthcare Services Member, you are subscribing to an automatically recurring monthly membership.  Each month, you will be billed the full monthly rate for the plan you selected on the 1st of each calendar month.  Payment is only accepted by credit card or by debit cards that can be used as a credit card. You may cancel your Capstone Healthcare Services Monthly Membership at any time by emailing us at: [email protected].
• Annual Memberships: You may cancel your Capstone Healthcare Services Annual Membership at any time after 90 days by emailing us at: [email protected].  If you elect to cancel your Membership prior to the completion of 12 months, we will refund an amount equal to your pre-paid Annual Membership fee of $208.50, less the actual number of months when you had access to the program at $18.95 per month.  For example, if you cancel after 6 months, we will refund you $104.25 (your $208.50 Annual Membership fee less 6 months at $18.95).

Membership Renewal Policy

• Monthly Memberships are automatically billed to your credit card once a month unless you elect to cancel by emailing us at [email protected].You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. When you cancel, your membership will expire at the end of the calendar month in which your notice of cancellation is received.  No partial refunds will be offered.
• Annual Memberships will be automatically billed to your credit card once a year unless you elect to cancel by emailing us at [email protected]. Memberships are payable in full in advance and will automatically renew unless cancelled by you on or by 60 days from the end of each Membership year.
